Winsor Part 1
A reminder to all Members. The Winsor Review of Pay and Conditions does not apply in Scotland. The Scottish Police Federation, ASPs and Chief officers negotiated with the Scottish Government last January removing £10 million from the Scottish paybill (removal of SPPs etc). This, together with the restructuring work in Scotland has protected Scottish Officers pay and conditions.
The Winsor report has just been to Arbitration and the results are financially painful to our colleagues down south. If you wish to read the tribunal finding, you’ll find it on the Police Federation of England and Wales Website
